Land owners are the key to snowmobiling. Without them our trails would not exist. They give snowmobilers with valid permits, permission to cross their land when the trails are listed as open. Respect our landowners...STAY ON THE TRAIL, OR STAY HOME!

Dear: SPONSORS and RACE FANS

Members of the Owen Sound Eastside Snowmobile Club wish to thank you for your continued support and sponsorship over the last thirty plus years of the Georgian Cup snowmobile races. Without your generous donations the East Side Snowmobile could not have hosted our annual race. Since the ice ovals first came to Owen Sound in the 1970’s, to the snow cross races of latter years, you have helped raise well over eighty thousand dollars for the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre.

Due to the construction of the new Owen Sound Recreational Centre at Victoria Park it appears that it would be impossible to host this event at its current site. The club has investigated other sites but has failed to find one that is suitable for this event. The viability of hosting this event in the future at Victoria Park is also not known.

Once again thank you for your support, not only from the Owen Sound East Side Snowmobile Club but from the entire snowmobiling community.
