Sign Advertising Agreement

The Eastside Snowmobile Club has renegotiated a one-year lease agreement for rental of the perimeter fence at Duncan McLellan Major Ball Park and the interior of the ice surface along the exterior walls at the Owen Sound Coliseum for 2010-2011. Duncan McLellan Park is home to three ball fields. The major field hosts all tournaments, and is active daily during the summer with all levels of recreational teams. Your 4’ x 8’ signboard will be displayed around the perimeter fence from May 1st to September 30th. Our club members will move your signboard, clean face and install at the Owen Sound Coliseum from October 1st to April 30th. In addition your organization will receive a small advertisement, with hyperlinks where available, on our club website. The Owen Sound Coliseum is home to many ice related recreational sports teams, figure skating and City sponsored public skating during December, January, and February. Both Boards of Education also use the facility for recreational skating winter electives. The Coliseum also hosts a Men’s Recreational Hockey League. Both locations have great exposure to a wide variety of potential new customers as well as current customers.

The Eastside Snowmobile Club shall be responsible for installation of signboards.

The Advertiser shall be responsible for new artwork or changes to existing boards.

Both Locations per year: $450.00

AGREEMENT WILL BE RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE ADVISE IF ANY CHANGES ARE NECESSARY
